The ATR621 is a panel-mounted, 73 x 73 mm multi-cycle process controller capable of handling complex temperature management tasks. It can store up to 15 different programs, each with up to 45 steps for heating, cooling, and soaking processes. The controller includes digital inputs for handling door-open interruptions, emergency stops, or holding temperature functions.
The ATR621 offers up to three relays, along with voltage and current outputs, and is available with an optional Modbus RS485 interface for enhanced communication. It accepts a wide range of sensor inputs, including K, J, S, and R type thermocouples, Pt100 RTDs, voltage, and mA signals.
The device features two 4-digit displays: one for the process variable and the other for the set point. With the optional gasket, the ATR621 can achieve up to IP54 environmental protection.
Programming the ATR621 can be done via the front panel keypad or using PC-based software, which also allows for monitoring multiple units. The memory card feature enables quick cloning of configurations across multiple controllers, making it ideal for high-speed setups.
Desired control is maintained with PID and auto-tuning functionalities, ensuring precise temperature management across various applications.
